Shipping and Refund Policy

Preamble

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. We are not responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transit.

Item 1 - Returning Unopened Items:

We only accept returns for items returned within 30 days of delivery as indicated by the original tracking information.

Article 2 - Exchanges

We only exchange faulty or damaged goods. When you believe that a product is defective, please contact us, within 30 days of your purchase, at the telephone number or email address below and provide details of the product and the defect. We will then tell you how to return the product.

Article 3 - Shipping

In the situation where the customer wishes to return the product purchased on the site to the seller for any reason whatsoever, the customer must inform the seller beforehand, so that the latter can communicate to him the instructions related to the return of the product. If the customer returns the product to the seller on his own initiative, the seller may refuse the package and proceed with the refund.

Article 4 - Process

When we receive your item, we will examine it and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, if you are entitled to a refund or an exchange.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the purchase price and a credit will be applied to the original form of payment. Shipping charges you have already paid are non-refundable and refunded amounts do not include the cost of shipping. A maximum period of 5 working days after receipt of your email may elapse before the refund has been received.

If you are eligible for an exchange, we will ship a new item to the original shipping address.

Article 5 - Gifts

If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return If the item is not was not identified as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you have returned the item.
